Sidcup Green

We recently completed both the design and construction of the front and rear garden of a new property in Sidcup near Sevenoaks.

Our clients requested a bespoke greenhouse on the side of their home which also included an aivary. We also constructed a contemporary outdoor gym room so both husband and wife could train with their personal fitness instructors and added a garage. The gardens were redesigned and the rear garden was fitted with a new terrace lawn and garden paths.

We liaised with local planners and obtained all the necessary consents.

The ‘floating’ flat roof of the gym is made waterproof by extensive use of fibre glass with concealed gutters and hardwood facia and soffits. The exterior walls are rendered with ‘K’ render systems that require no further maintenance. The internal floor has been finished using white oak karndean flooring. Bi-folding doors lead onto new steps/path and planting.
