We were initially asked to liaise with planners to agree a landscape plan to the complete surrounds of an old farmhouse garden nr Sittingbourne, Kent.
In conjunction with the client we then set about constructing extensive paving to create a new curved patio/ steps with limestone as well as a brick path to the side/ rear of the property together with limestone path to entrance.
The new curved patio steps leads down to an “internal courtyard” created by use of upright hornbeams which in turn frames the large metal globe water feature.
Our design also incorporated the use of black limestone paving leading down to the infinity swimming pool and garden room constructed by client.
Planting of borders was carried out with the extensive use of hardy perennials mixed evergreen shrubs including box and yew to form the structure of the garden.
The clients have also placed a few interesting pieces of sculpture to hidden areas of the garden themselves. See if you can spot them in the pictures below!
